When we looked for a new courier, service and value for money were the most important features. Our customers tend to order stock when they need it. When we receive an order, we try hard to send the clothes out the same day. We don't want to make a determined effort to get new stock to a customer and then find that the consignment spends days in a depot awaiting delivery, with numerous requests asking for delivery times and dates.
TNT Fashion meet the criteria of reliably delivering our goods the next working day, are cost effective with no hidden costs and all their staff are co-operative and friendly.
We do not charge freight on orders over £200 if our customers are based in England, Wales and the Scottish lowlands. The Highlands, Northern Ireland and many of the islands unfortunately incur a charge (this additional charge is common to most carriers).
TNT Fashion also organise our international freight providing very competitive rates for our international customers.
